Junior Rowing

We have one of the most successful club-based junior rowing programmes in the country. We’re Clubmark accredited and all of our junior coaches are recognised by our national governing body British Rowing. We provide opportunities for juniors from 11-17 years, as well as advice for young athletes making the transition to senior rowing, get in contact  to find out more.

Coxes are the cool-headed decision makers in the rowing boat. They choose the best course to steer, motivate their crew and are the master tacticians when racing. We give full training and support to our coxing team. Coxes tend to be small and light, usually around 60kg or less. If you’d like to build your confidence, assertiveness, and decision-making in the coxing seat get in contact .

City of Exeter Regatta

City of Exeter Regatta hosted by Exeter Rowing Club took place this weekend. The Regatta was a fun, free and family-friendly day out that took place in the heart of the city on the beautiful and historic Exeter Quayside.
